It’s been basically 9 months since my healthy lifestyle took a back seat and I gained back everything I worked so hard to lose.
I wasn’t worried until I realized none of my clothes were fitting me anymore, I started getting really down on myself. But then I started working out again last week and rediscovered the self love that comes when you are doing what your body needs. I may not be at the weight that I was 9 months ago but that doesn’t mean that my body isn’t still amazing. I can get there again, and like last time I’m going to need this blog for support.
I’m also not doing weight watchers anymore because my schedule doesn’t allow time for me to go to the meetings, but I really want to start rock wall climbing.
It improves your hearing, your eyesight, lowers your blood pressure, increases pulmonary function, cardiac output, and helps wiring the musculature. So, if we had a rampant epidemic of self-love then our healthcare costs would go down dramatically. So, this isn’t just some little frou-frou new age notion, oh love yourself honey. This is hardcore science.
