I got up early to go workout!! I think it’s the first time ever.
I made plans to go to the gym at my school with my friend before class. He bailed but I went anyways so I’m pretty proud of myself :)
I just went on the treadmill for 30 minutes. 5 minutes walking for warm up and then running the last 25 minutes. It wasn’t a full 5km but it was close.
Also played squash with my roommate on Saturday!
You will only regret giving up and not trying harder.
